The CEI draws upon a wide range of expertise from across the University, from business and social sciences, geography, ecology and engineering to computer science and mathematics.
Key to the work of the Centre are our Environmental Intelligence Research Fellows, specialist postdoctoral researchers employed within the CEI to deliver partner-focused research with impact. Alongside our operational management team, we have academic leads representing each of the University's faculties. Our Honorary Fellows champion the Centre, strengthening connections with our key partner organisations whilst our External Advisory Group provide strategic guidance and independent advice to support the Centre’s mission ensuring a diverse range of stakeholder perspectives.
Our wider community includes the Environmental Intelligence Centre for Doctoral Training and the Environmental Intelligence Network.
