Planning Access to Greenspace (PAG) is a collaborative research programme led by the Centre for Environmental Intelligence, working in partnership with Natural England and with collaborative support from the University of Glasgow.
PAG brings together behavioural modelling, scenario analysis, machine learning methods and high‑resolution geospatial data to understand how people access and use greenspaces across the United Kingdom.
The project integrates strategic, behavioural and micro‑scale modelling approaches to identify inequalities in access, evaluate greenspace quality and support planning decisions that promote fairer, healthier and more resilient urban environments.
